North High School Stadium

The Major League Baseball Hall of Fame recognizes North High Field as the location of the event that revolutionized professional baseball in 1930 with the first ever night game played under lights.

Today, North High is in the midst of a campaign to restore the field to its former glory. Construction includes a 2,500 seat stadium, concession stands, press box, team rooms, restrooms, coaches and officials areas, storage, scoreboard, ticket booth/entry plaza and many site improvements.
