The safety of employees in a building filled with massive equipment along with the reliability of service that customers can count on were major considerations for this facility in Pleasant Hill, Iowa.

The precast concrete skinned facility is outfitted with extensive security and fire alarm systems. The building also contains isolated rooms to house massive batteries and generators that are used for emergency power sources. The Hansen Company completed the project under a very stringent time schedule during harsh winter conditions. This performance led to a second contract for a facility in El Paso, Texas.
