Construction is progressing on Point of Grace's new 55,000 sf multi purpose building at 305 NE Dartmoor Drive in Waukee, IA. This multi level building will include a 9,500 sf worship space with stadium seating, 5,000 sf glass enclosed atrium, and a 4,000 sf youth center. The remaining area of the building will be used to accommodate youth ministries, a nursery, video/sound editing rooms, family counseling, kitchen, and office space.

The buildings exterior features detailed pre-cast panels, EIFS, porcelain tile, and glazed curtain wall systems. Site amenitites will include 508 parking stalls with a drive up entrance and plaza area just outside the building, the parking space will be surrounded by fully landscaped green spaces.

Hansen Company has been part of a "Turn Key" project team lead by Point of Grace Church that includeds SVPA Architects, David Price & Associates, Wolin Mechanical, Wolin Electrical, Clark Pro-Media, and McAninch Corporation.
