Construction is underway on Wolfe Clinic's new 38,000 square foot building at 6200 Westown Pkwy in West Des Moines. This two story building will include an inviting covered drop-off entrance and contain generous patient waiting and lobby areas, exam rooms, outpatient surgery suites and offices. The exterior features detailed brick and cast stone wall system and numerous site amenities including 200 parking stalls and walking trails through fully landscaped green spaces.

Hansen is part of a “Turn-Key” project team lead by Hubbell Realty Company that includes SVPA Architects, Baker Group, Baker Electric and McAninch Corporation.
